All coaching plans offered are designed specifically and uniquely to suit your needs. Coaching can be done either in person or via Skype and is a complete holistic approach. This offers you complete and overall healing. The minimum time for a coaching plan is 6 weeks and plans are offered for up to a year if further support is desired.

Within just 6 weeks you are guaranteed to see significant transformations within your health. At 12 weeks you will have set lasting patterns for continual progress. Longer plans will look at all areas of life.
